Grade 9 Renaissance Art Project '08

Ninth Graders in Ms Shovan's art class chose paintings to duplicate from among the works of Michelangelo, Da Vinci, Botticelli, and other Renaissance masters. They first reproduce the works as small-scale pencil drawings, then enlarge them and apply color with pastels. Finished works will be exhibited at the annual Pike Art Show in May.
