- To identify gaps in the curriculum
- To coordinate with Division Heads in order to have time to discuss survey results with faculty
- To create a continuous strand of sustainability throughout the curriculum at each grade level
- To identify extra-curricular avenues for sustainability
- To develop Professional Development proposal for speakers, readings, and directed projects
