Financial Aid Information
Clarity
The Pike School financial aid process is designed to make education possible for all families based on demonstrated financial need and the availability of funds. At Pike, we use the Clarity Application to determine a family’s level of financial need based on the information that families share in the application, which includes assets, income, expenses, and debts.
To get started, please go to the Clarity Application and create an account. The Pike School Clarity Access Code is 7231. The application typically takes less than 30 minutes to complete. The Clarity Application is also mobile-friendly so you can complete it from anywhere. You are also able to save your progress and return at any time. At the end of the application, there is a $60 fee to submit. Please remember to return to your dashboard after you complete and submit your Clarity Application.
If you need support during the process of completing your application, there is in-app support available through the “Help” button in the bottom left of the screen, as well as email and phone support at support@clarityapp.com or 206-210-3752, in both English and Spanish. The application itself is also fully translated into Spanish.

Each year, The Pike School Board of Trustees designates a financial aid amount to be awarded to families. That money is dedicated to helping meet the needs of families, which enables us to build a vibrant and diverse student body. We are proud of our financial aid program, which helps us achieve our mission.
The Pike School partners with Clarity in our financial aid process. To get started, please go to the Financial Aid Application and create an account. When prompted, enter The Pike School Clarity access code: 7231. The application typically takes less than 30 minutes to complete and is mobile-friendly, which means you can complete it from anywhere. You can also save your progress and return to it at any time. Please note the submission fee is $60.
These instructions may help you complete the financial aid application at Clarity. For support during the application process, you can email support@claritytuition.com or call 206-210-3752 for assistance in English and Spanish. The application is also fully available in Spanish.
Apply for Financial Aid
Our Financial Aid Committee carefully reviews financial aid reports and distributes available funds to those who qualify. Families will only be considered after submitting the application on Clarity, and all corresponding financial documentation. Financial Aid decisions are mailed with acceptance letters. Families must reapply for financial aid each year, so grants may be adjusted if the family's financial situation changes.
Important Information:
- Financial aid is available for students in Kindergarten through Grade 9 (Pre-K awards are for siblings of current families only).
- Families must reapply for financial aid each year, so grants may be adjusted if the family's financial situation changes.
- In order to adhere to best practices and allow us to offer a comprehensive review of all financial aid submissions, Pike requires applicants to submit financial information from all living parents/guardians. Divorced or separated families should each complete a separate financial aid application. No information will be shared between parties. Single parents/guardians need to provide proof of single-parent/guardian status. Your financial aid application will not be considered complete until all parts have been submitted.
