Campus Updates and Reopening Information

Dear Pike families,

Thank you for your patience and understanding, as we navigate the aftermath of Friday’s storm. 

We are happy to share that power has been restored to Pike, and we are ready to reopen and welcome back students tomorrow, Tuesday, September 12. To help ensure a safe and smooth reentry, please note the following: 

• Arrival and Dismissal: As our community works diligently to clear fallen trees and debris from nearby roads, we kindly request that you exercise caution and reduce your speed when driving through the neighborhood during arrival and dismissal times. Early drop-off begins at 7:30 a.m.
• Lunch: Tomorrow and Wednesday we will be offering a simpler lunch menu as we restock the kitchen. Students are welcome to bring their own packed lunch. As a reminder, please refrain from bringing any nuts or nut products to campus.
• After-school Programming: All after-school programs, including Pike Plus, Enrichment Programs, and Athletics, will resume as scheduled tomorrow.
• Buses: We do not yet know if Andover Public Schools will reopen or if they will be offering bus services. In the meantime, families who use the Andover bus service should arrange alternative transportation to and from Pike.

We understand that this has been a challenging time for everyone, and we appreciate your cooperation. We look forward to welcoming our students back on campus tomorrow.
