2025-2026 Before and After School At Pike

To dismiss your child, please enter through the main entrance. The front desk receptionist will radio to dismiss your child and they will meet you in the lobby. 

Students are expected to be signed out at the end of their auxiliary program designated dismissal time. No student can be unsupervised at Pike after school hours. If a student is picked up late, there is a $25.00 per 15 minute charge that will be invoiced to the household account. We appreciate your promptness. In the event that something unexpected happens, please call 978-475-1197 or email frontdesk@pikeschool.org. 

Please be sure to notify your student's teacher and the Pike Plus staff at aux@pikeschool.org or call 978-475-1197 anytime there is a change in your child's schedule. Changes may include: going home with a friend rather than attending Pike Plus, being picked up earlier than usual from Pike Plus, or being picked up by someone not indicated on the Driver Authorization Form.

Yes, the cost for Pike Plus drop-in on a regular school day with 24 hour advance notice is $75. You must email aux@pikeschool.org 24 hours in advance.
The cost of Pike Plus drop-in on a regular school day without 24 hour advance notice is $100.

Yes. Once programs are full, you will be given the opportunity to enroll on the waitlist. If spots become available, we will reach out based on order of registration to see if students are still interested.

Yes, students will be offered a variety of  snack options including fresh fruit, milk, cereal, and chips each day after school. Students are also welcome to bring a nut-free snack if they prefer.

Yes. If you received a grant for the 2024-2025 school year, your auxiliary program fee will be adjusted commensurate with the financial aid amount your student received.

If you did not receive financial aid for the 2024-2025 school year and would like to learn about about financial assistance for auxiliary program fees, please reach out to financialaid@pikeschool.org.

The maximum enrollment numbers vary per program depending on the age of the students, nature of the program, and how many teachers are facilitating the program. 

Yes. There will be a supervised study hall component to Pike Plus to provide a quiet space for students who want to complete homework after school. 

The IgniteED@Pike! Program is offered on professional development and conference days.

No refunds will be offered after two sessions of an enrichment program due to the commitment of our enrichment facilitators.

Families may enroll late if space permits, but the program will not be prorated.
